So I'm playing 2nd Life...
I am not what you would refer to as a "sim gamer". I don't play the sims, so 2nd Life is totally different for me. I do love the fact that there is money to be made in this realm! I'm about to start selling things, spaceships, etc. So save your money people! Then give it to me!

so my "iPhone" won't let me post new blogs
thusly I cannot post unless I'm home(which is rare). They should fix that!
Anyway, tech talk...I want to rename this blog so I can go off on tangents, spouting conspiracy theorems and such. That way I could speak on how I think the hadron collider is either a planetary defense against an asteroid or worse. But I don't technically have time to, because you see.. this a last minute post, literally.

Apogee ONE
I love this thing! It is almost magical! It does everything I expected and more. It has turned my humble beat production studio into a full blown HIPHOP juggernaut. For a measly $250 you can hook up any professional microphone to your Mac. You can use it with any Core Audio compliant program.
It essentially takes all the strain off your computer's sound card, for instance, without ONE, looping bounces in that are 1,3, and 5 seconds have a gap when played in iTunes, thusly sounding like a trainwreck. With Apogee ONE I am able to loop my bounces in iTunes, no matter how short they are, and they sound every bit as good as they did in Logic Pro when I originally bounced them.
